Why wall thickness matters
Thin pressed grills can warp after a few hot fires. Thicker walls hold heat longer, keep their shape better and let you cook with less fuel. The bars below are drawn to scale.

Delivery, taxes & returns
We ship from Ukraine by courier to EU countries, the UK, Switzerland and Norway. Most models dispatch within 2–3 working days; made-to-order versions take up to 14 working days. Delivery details
Your quote states whether VAT, import charges and customs clearance are included. You are never asked to pay anything at delivery that the quote did not mention.
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the grill without giving a reason. Faulty or damaged grills are repaired, replaced or refunded. Returns policy
Questions
A mangal is an open charcoal grill popular across Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia. You lay skewers of meat, fish or vegetables across the firebox, resting in notches on the rim, and cook them over hot embers. All our models can also take a grill grate, and several come with one.
Both. Most people burn hardwood down to embers or use lumpwood charcoal. Use the grill outdoors only, never in garages, tents or other enclosed spaces.
The outside is finished with heat-resistant paint. Inside the firebox, bare steel develops surface rust over time, which is normal and does not affect cooking. Keep the grill covered or indoors over winter to extend its life.
Every grill ordered comes with a set of steel skewers and a grill grate at no extra cost. They are packed in the same box and listed in your quote. The gift applies to every model, including custom-made grills, and cannot be exchanged for cash or a discount.
Your quote states the exact number of skewers included for the model you choose. Extra skewers, side tables and a cast-iron grate can be added to any order. If your model already comes with a grate, we add a second one as the gift.
Portable models weigh about 7–15 kg. Large reinforced garden models weigh 40–50 kg and travel as a heavy parcel or on a pallet. The quote reflects the real shipping weight.
Yes. Describe what you need in the quote form, for example the number of skewers, the height or a cauldron stand, and we reply with a price and lead time. Custom-made grills cannot be returned unless faulty.
