2. Scope

These terms apply to all sales of Vulkan grills and accessories ordered through this website, by email or by messenger. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.

3. Quote and contract

The product descriptions on this website are not binding offers. When you request a quote, we send you a written offer with the price, delivery cost, taxes, payment methods and dispatch date. The contract is concluded when you accept the quote and we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and taxes

The price in your quote is final. The quote states whether VAT, import charges and customs clearance are included. Any charge not stated in the quote will not be passed on to you.

5. Payment

Payment is due after you accept the quote, using one of the methods listed in it. We start production or dispatch after receiving payment.

6. Delivery and risk

We deliver to the address you give us by courier with tracking. Delivery times are set out in our delivery information and in your quote. For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or a person you name receive the grill.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. Details, exceptions and a model form are in our returns policy.

8. Guarantee

The legal guarantee of conformity applies for 2 years from delivery. See our guarantee.

9. Handmade products

Each grill is cut and welded by hand. Small differences in welds, finish and dimensions (up to ±1 cm) compared with photos are normal and are not defects. Photos show typical examples.

10. Safe use

Use the grill outdoors only, on a stable, non-flammable surface, away from buildings, dry vegetation and children. Never use petrol or other accelerants. Let ashes cool completely before disposal.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Mandatory product liability law is not affected.

12. Disputes

If you have a complaint, please email us first; we aim to resolve every issue within 14 days. Consumers may also bring a claim in the courts of their country of residence, and the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country continue to apply.
