Who receives your data
- Courier companies receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your grill.
- Our email provider and, if you choose to contact us there, WhatsApp (Meta) process the messages you send us.
- Google processes advertising data only if you accept cookies.
- Tax authorities and accountants receive order data where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Transfers outside the EU
We are based in Ukraine, so your data is processed outside the European Economic Area. We transfer it only as needed to answer your request and fulfil your order (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)), and we protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Google and Meta may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
The website works without cookies. If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, Google Ads cookies are set to measure ad performance (Google Consent Mode). If you click “Reject”, no advertising cookies are set. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw consent at any time. Email mangaly-pech@ukr.net to use any of these rights; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence.
Fonts
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google servers to download them, which shares your IP address with Google.
